Returns/Exchanges
Most of our clothing and accessories are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order. - All tags and labels must remain attached, and items should be returned in their original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during shipment.
- Original Proof of Purchase:
- Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip).
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale or clearance items marked as such are not eligible for return or refund.
- Intimate items such as undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Return Process:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and further instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us. Please make sure to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to prevent any issues with lost or delayed returns. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit if they are sent without tracking information.
Processing Time for Returns/Exchanges:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will then process your return or exchange within 5-7 business days. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method, or an exchange will be shipped out. You will be notified via email once the refund or replacement has been processed.
Defective or Damaged Items
At Oil Empire Clothing, quality control is extremely important to us, but we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will gladly offer you a replacement, store credit, or a refund. Here’s how to handle the process:

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable under our policy due to hygiene or final sale conditions. These include:
- Intimate apparel such as underwear or swimwear.
- Final sale items or items marked as clearance or non-refundable.
- Customized or personalized items made specifically for you, unless they have a defect.
- Any item not in its original condition, such as those that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way that wasn’t a result of our error.
- Gift cards and store credit are not eligible for return or refund.
Items returned after 30 days of delivery or without proof of purchase will also not be accepted.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item for reasons other than a defective or damaged product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, meaning the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping (if applicable) and any return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.
International Returns:
For international returns, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees will not be refunded. You will be responsible for covering the costs of shipping the item back to us and any related customs fees.
Exchanges:
If you’re exchanging an item, the shipping cost to return the original item will be your responsibility, but we will cover the cost of shipping the new exchanged item to you.
Refunds for Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, items purchased during sale events or on clearance are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Return Process & Tracking
We highly recommend using our automated return system to make the process easy and trackable. Once your return is processed, you will be issued a tracking number to follow your package. If you do not use our return system, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for any lost or misdirected returns.
